I met Karen at the beginning of the pandemic, she was so generous to offer her followers on Instagram free meditations to help us during an extremely challenging time.  As I continued my meditations and 1:1 sessions with Karen, what stood out was she wanted to share her story and help others with theirs. Karen’s soul shine academy was yet another ongoing life changing life experience. Bringing awareness and positive energy for three months. Alongside a group of amazing ladies that shared their journey and stories. Karen was incredible in her coaching and provided us with tools we needed everyday. Thank you so much Karen for your love, support and all that you do to spread awareness and positivity in this world that is in desperate need of it. You are a blessing, love you!!!

Soul Shine Academy was such an amazing experience. The flow of each subject from the first day to last flowed so beautifully. The tools that Karen shares are so simple and super effective. By joining the academy in those three months I have more control of any triggers that appear and receive a better understanding of what an “ego” really is and your subconscious versus conscious and so much more. It was such a beautiful community with a beautiful soul full of light called Karen Virdi who truly wants to help get you to your most authentic divine self. Thank you Karen for everything.

I have been working with Karen for over 4 years now. It’s been such an amazing journey for me. Karen has helped me overcome financial, health, self doubt and negative patterns and blocks. My mindset has completely changed. I have had great transformation since working with Karen. I was able to start my business and evolve into my higher self. Karen brings a wealth of knowledge as a spiritual coach having done the work herself, and I can say she did not miss a beat with this Academy. It’s evident a lot of time and thought was put into the structure of this program. Each day offers a different topic and activities which require you to dig deep, reflect on your past or present and acknowledge what is holding you back so that you can move forward. Karen offers a safe and supportive environment as you work though the academy and the community of amazing participants is the cherry on top.. If you are ready to dig deep and do the work, this academy will not disappoint.

Karen has changed my life completely. This academy has bettered me in so many ways, emotionally, spiritually and in turn physically. Karen’s tools and lessons have helped me navigate through some very tough situations in my life. Thank you so much Karen for creating this safe, sacred and nurturing space for us. I was introduced to Karen in the summer of 2020 when my co-worker suggestion going to her for energy healing. At that time, I was going through some very difficult changes and was looking for guidance and support. I received both of those things and more and have beenworking with Karen ever since. You can feel how much time and love she puts into this academy. Each lesson is well through out - it probes you with great questions and allows you the opportunity to dig deep within yourself to gain clarity and understanding. If you stay consistent and committed you're able to unpack issues creeping in the shadows. I had a lot of revelations along the way, but my biggest one came tight at the three month mark. It was something I had never realized throughout my 32 years and that has now brought so much light in navigating my future. Karen is a beautiful soul, supportive and has always been my biggest cheerleader. She creates a safe space to share with no judgement. Not only us sge a wonderful mentor, she's also a great friend. I'm beyond grateful to have met her and will always continue to work with her.

Thank you so much for the invitation to the Soul Academy. I came to the program in search of community and connection. I left with more compassion for myself and others. We learned methodologies to deepen our understanding and connection to our emotions, needs, and fears. From here, we were able to acknowledge and let go of what was holding us back from experiencing peace.

Before I joined your program I had the intention to make some big moves towards living more intentionally but I couldn't stay on track. The last three months changed everything - after joining your program I felt so supported and motivated by your daily prompts and guidance and felt a huge shift. On top of that I loved the weekly lives and felt like I had an in-person support group. You are such an amazing teacher and coach and I am sad that the program is over but I also feel like I've incorporated the information and mindfulness tools you shared in my day to day life. Thank you for helping me stay on my path and showing me how to keep moving forward and upward in my journey. I know we will work together again soon!
