Meet Karen

After collapsing and sustaining a head injury as a result in 2011, my life completely changed. I went from living my life one-way, that had become so familiar, certain and “normal” into the unknown which created and contributed to so many anxieties, fears, sadness, confusion, lack of faith and trust many times, experiencing many moments of grief and wanting to give up on life. I just could not accept and understand what happened and WHY? I did know one thing for sure, I needed to take better care of myself and start to feel better because I was NOT feeling good and nourishing myself enough pre-head injury. As I was open to healing which opened me up to surrender to life, I didn’t know that I was actually moving to my higher potentiality. This confirmed to me that my collapse was the miracle I was looking for so I could get back into alignment with my Super-Human power.

You have this too, you have forgotten this because of the programming you have accepted unconsciously. I will tell you, it’s so exciting and AMAZING to become aware and tapped into this again! Through this time of healing and becoming conscious I learned how to step into my greatness and what that truly meant. This too YOU will learn when we work together. Further, I learned and understood the power of the mind and how to use it for my higher self, how I was capable of creating and living a miraculous life, rather than accepting and living the ordinary life I was, how I could heal from my injury, heighted emotions and understand them spiritually. I only became stronger. I also learned that I have the power and knowing within me to create a new life with full faith and BELIEVING in the unknown.
